Jordan Andreotta is a Perth based artist and teacher of the Visual Arts. He specialises in a range of mediums including drawing, painting, digital and mural art. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Art) and a Diploma of Education.
Since he was a child, Jordan has always had a passion for drawing and painting. This led him to study Visual Art at University and then become a teacher of the subject. Jordan began teaching as a Secondary School Visual Arts teacher in 2011. Whilst teaching, he has continued his own practice in the Visual Arts. This has involved exhibiting artwork, entering competitions, creating public murals and running workshops and live demonstrations.
In 2019 Jordan was the Baldock Family People’s Choice Award winner in the Lester Prize for Portraiture and in 2022 he was the winner of the National Teacher-Artist Prize. Jordan has exhibited all over Australia as well as cities including London and Tokyo.
